These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MuscleFuel AI ("the app"), developed by PLAYRIOT LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

MuscleFuel AI is a protein tracking app that uses AI to analyze food photos, parse voice input, and provide nutrition coaching. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.

2. Not Medical Advice

MuscleFuel AI provides estimated nutrition information for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. AI-generated protein estimates may not be perfectly accurate. Always consult a healthcare professional for dietary and medical decisions.

3. Account

You may create an account using email/password or Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may delete your account at any time from the app's Settings screen.

4. Subscriptions

• MuscleFuel AI offers both free and premium features. A paid subscription unlocks advanced analytics and AI coaching.
• Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings at any time.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's servers or infrastructure
• Upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content

6. Intellectual Property

The app, its design, code, and content are owned by PLAYRIOT LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Your protein logs, meal photos, and personal data remain yours.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PLAYRIOT LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated protein estimates or the availability of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the app.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
