MuscleFuel AI ("the app") is developed by PLAYRIOT LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

1. Data We Collect

• Account information: Email address and display name when you create an account via email or Sign in with Apple.
• Protein logs: Food entries, protein amounts, timestamps, and sources (manual, voice, photo scan) that you log in the app.
• Profile data: Weight, gender, training frequency, and daily protein targets you set during onboarding.
• Food photos: Photos you take for AI food scanning. These are sent to our secure server for analysis and are not stored permanently.
• Voice recordings: Speech is transcribed on-device using Apple's Speech framework. Audio does not leave your device. Only the text transcription is sent for AI parsing.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide protein tracking and personalized daily targets
• To power AI features: food photo analysis, voice logging, AI nutrition coaching, and weekly reports
• To sync your data across devices via your account
• To send optional push notification reminders

3. Third-Party Services

• Supabase: Hosts our database and authentication. Your account data and protein logs are stored securely on Supabase infrastructure.
• Google Gemini: Used to analyze food photos for protein estimation. Photos are processed via our edge function and are not retained by Google.
• OpenAI: Used to parse voice transcriptions, generate weekly reports, and power the AI nutrition coach. Text is processed via our edge functions.
• Apple: Sign in with Apple provides authentication. StoreKit handles subscription payments.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on Supabase servers with row-level security policies. All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption. Offline logs are stored locally on your device and synced when connectivity is restored.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is only shared with the third-party services listed above as necessary to provide app functionality.

6. Your Rights

• You can delete your account and all associated data from the app's Settings screen at any time.
• You can export or request a copy of your data by contacting us.
• You can opt out of push notifications in your device settings.

7. Children's Privacy

MuscleFuel AI is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app.
